• Entry into the next raffle drawing pool is immediate. Number of entries is based upon total purchase value, including shipping & taxes.

  • Every $5.00 spent in our store amounts to one 1 raffle entry.

  • We round up, meaning $25.01 spent will get you 6 raffle entries, to improve your odds.

  • This applies to raffle tickets as well. If you purchase two, at $5.50, you get 3 entries.

• We do accept returns and exchanges, and customer satisfaction is our highest priority.

  • Returns are accepted up-to 30 days after purchase, or until a drawing has taken place.

    • No returns will be accepted after raffles/drawings, regardless of purchase date.

  • Exchanges will be accepted as long as the product is still in new condition

    • If making an exchange for a product of higher value, the difference in price will be charged.

  • When we do more business, we can give more prizes AND bigger prizes. This is the goal.

  • Our prizes will either be:

    • direct opportunities (courses, lift tickets, trips, etc.)

    • Gear & equipment. We will mix-it up, some items may interest you, some may not

    • gift cards to local outdoor retailers (this means any local, non-chain outdoor retailer in any location)

    • Gift cards to other local businesses we love to support (restaurants, breweries, etc.)

• By accepting raffle prizes, ALL participants agree they will not Hold Heart, SPC liable or responsible for any illness, inconveniences, unexpected experiences, injury, or even death resulting from utilization of said raffle prizes, or engagement in opportunities provided.

Our Commitment to supporting community-based outdoor non-profits

We will keep committing the highest viable percentage of every item sold to various community-based outdoor non-profits. It is a core mission of our brand to simply become another significant source of funding to non-profit organizations who do great work helping people access the outdoors. This means children, those with physical and cognitive disabilities, specifically those in under-served and underrepresented communities, and any who face financial/location-based barriers.

We simply are in business for the purpose of Helping Everyone Access Recreation Together. That’s it.

We are a Social Purpose Corporation. We are not a non-profit, and this is not a fundraiser. We do hope to make a bit of profit, and grow, and continue to do more and more to help people get access all forms of outdoor recreation. However, the priority is investing in people and improving access to the outdoors.

Because this business type is unique, we intend to be as transparent as possible with where your money goes when you shop with Heart. Our mission is to invest in people, and make a difference. We cannot do that without our customers, and we know we need to show the good we can do, for everyone, together to inspire that desire to shop with Heart in you.
